customer service specialist

minnow is looking for a full time customer service specialist to join our growing team.  You will play a critical role in supporting our customers as we grow and implement new features. this role partners and collaborates with the fulfillment center and other cross-functional team members to deliver an exceptional brand experience and highly personalized service through phone calls, emails and live chat engagement.

specific duties / responsibilities:

  • Responding timely to customer service emails, chat and phone calls
  • Coordinating with our fulfillment center any order updates/changes
  • Provide weekly reports concerning customer activity
  • Solve routine and complex customer issues
  • Possess the capacity to learn about the finest details of our products
  • Monitor website and product information with customer experience in mind
  • Assist on other projects as needed


skills & qualifications:

  • Experience with shopify, gorgias and loop preferred
  • Ability to manage a project from start to finish, ensuring its success
  • Excellent communication and organization skills
