please note, all sale items are final sale. sale items cannot be exchanged. bright friday event is final sale. 

we accept returns within 30 days of item postmark for u.s. customers. items that are eligible for return are full price, unworn, undamaged items without any stains, original hang tags attached and hygienic liner in place (if applicable). We recommend you try on the tops with an undershirt to avoid deodorant stains.

international customers and APO addresses please contact customercare@minnowswim.com for help on your order. we do not offer exchanges on international orders.

return labels are only available for orders shipped within the continental u.s. and a $6 handling fee will be deducted from the refunded amount. this $6 charge covers shipping labels and additional shipping charges. 

please allow 1-2 weeks for processing your return, some delays may occur.

please don't combine returns, shipping label may not cover postage.

exchanges are free, there will be no handling fees. we allow up to one exchange per order, after which if you need to return the suit we will offer a return for refund, and the handling fee will be assessed.

to process your return or exchange, please follow the steps below:

1. start your return or exchange online using your order number and zip code. you can find the order number by logging into your account or checking the original order information.
2. follow the prompts online to select a refund, gift card or switch to a new item.
3. you will be able to download and print a return shipping label. to ensure seamless processing, please securely pack your order using the return shipping label provided.
4. be sure to double check the shipment and to include all corresponding packing slips and order information.
5. you will receive an email update once your return or exchange has been processed.
